Coaches are a dynamic and essential resource in an ever-changing educational landscape.

Coaches inspire educators and leaders to create equitable and ongoing access to high-quality learning by establishing trusting and respectful coaching relationships that encourage educators to explore new instructional strategies.

That is why we are partnering with our friends from Illinois Council of Instructional Coaching (ICIC) for a year-long Coaching Collaborative Cohort.

The cohort aims to connect coaches of all variations to establish a coaching culture that permeates educational landscapes everywhere.

The cohort begins in August 2022.

*Registration closes October 1. Registration will not be pro-rated.

The cohort will serve as an accountability group where meaningful discussions can take place; peers can practice coaching conversations, implement sound pedagogical practices and receive feedback from like minded individuals.

Course content will be stored in Google Classroom. The Classroom will remain open and will never be archived so cohort members can continue to collaborate after the year ends.
