Your core is the foundation of your body. Having a strong core will improve your posture, strengthen your lower back and give you better balance and stability.

Join the IDEA Illini Chapter for this core challenge. Begin with a 15 second plank and by the end of the month you will be able to hold the plank for 3 full minutes!

Use this journal throughout the month of January to track your planking progress and jot down how you are feeling each day. See if you can participate each day this month and don't forget to share with us on social media!
